A Harvard‑educated psychologist, veteran teacher, author, and wilderness‑program leader, Richard Briggs has devoted his career to helping children thrive. Seventeen years ago he chose Brookfield for its stellar schools; today, in addition to teaching online, he provides therapy and works with families. As a parent of grown children, he understands the partnership between schools and home.
